About the Role :
We are looking for a creative and user-focused UI / UX Designer to join our product team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing intuitive, engaging, and accessible user interfaces and experiences for web and mobile applications.
You will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate user needs and business goals into seamless digital Responsibilities :
- Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to understand user needs and pain points.
- Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
- Design visually appealing, user-centered interfaces for web and mobile platforms.
- Develop prototypes and interactive mockups to demonstrate design concepts and gather feedback.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs and user experience.
- Conduct usability testing and iterate on designs based on user feedback and analytics.
- Apply best practices in usability, accessibility (WCAG), and responsive design.
- Maintain design systems, style guides, and UI libraries for consistency across products.
- Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.
- Advocate for users and usability throughout the product development Skills & Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience in UI / UX design.
- Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision, or Axure.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating excellent visual design and UX problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of HTML / CSS and front-end development basics is a plus.
- Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
- Solid understanding of responsive design and mobile-first principles.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to balance user needs with business objectives.
- Familiarity with Agile / Scrum development processes
