Description

We are looking for a skilled OT Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 6-2 years of experience in assisting surgical teams in a fast-paced hospital environment, ensuring the highest standards of safety and care.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing and maintaining the operating theatre before, during, and after surgical procedures.
• Ensure all surgical instruments are sterilized and properly organized.
• Provide support to the surgical team during operations by passing instruments and supplies as needed.
• Monitor patient vitals and assist with anesthesia as required under the supervision of qualified personnel.
• Maintain accurate records of surgical procedures and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
• Participate in the training and mentoring of junior staff and interns.

Skills and Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Operation Theatre Technology or related field.
• 6-2 years of experience in a hospital or clinical setting, preferably in an operating theatre environment.
• Strong understanding of surgical instruments and sterilization techniques.
• Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with healthcare professionals.
• Knowledge of patient safety protocols and infection control measures.
