Summary :
We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Trainer - Soft Skills to play a pivotal role in shaping the personal and professional growth of candidates within our Skill Development domain. Based in Coimbatore, this role focuses on end-to-end training delivery, from curriculum implementation to performance monitoring and placement support. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and executing engaging training programs that enhance communication, interpersonal, and employability skills. This position is critical in driving candidate success, ensuring high attendance, strong pass rates, and successful placement outcomes. The trainer will collaborate closely with center managers, HO teams, and mobilizers to deliver impactful, results-driven training experiences.
Responsibilities :
- Lead the full training cycle, including planning, delivery, and evaluation of soft skills programs.
- Conduct structured theory sessions, hands-on practice, and field visits to reinforce learning.
- Maintain accurate records of daily attendance and monitor individual and batch progress.
- Ensure 100% attendance and optimize the batch’s passing percentage through targeted interventions.
- Deliver engaging and effective training sessions using diverse methodologies aligned with candidate profiles.
- Submit all training reports and documentation promptly to the Center Head and Head Office.
- Maintain timely and clear communication with Center Managers and Head Office.
- Act as a motivator and mentor, fostering a positive and participative learning environment.
- Collaborate with mobilizers to identify and guide suitable candidates for training and placement.
- Support placement activities by preparing candidates through mock interviews, resume building, and interview coaching.

Minimum 6 months to 2 years of experience in soft skills training or related fields.Proven ability to deliver both theoretical and practical training with high engagement.Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Strong understanding of modern training techniques and learning principles.Demonstrated experience in managing the full training lifecycle.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Proficient in using digital tools for training delivery and reporting.Self-motivated, presentable, and committed to candidate success.Requirements
