Key Requirements

Relevant Experience letter from previous sales role.

Graduation mandatory

6+ Month proven track record in Outbound sales.

Superb verbal communication - confident, clear & persuasive

Roles & Responsibilities:-

Make outbound calls to convert them into policy sales

Understand customer needs quickly and pitch the perfect insurance products( health, Motor, Travel & more).

Explain product features, benefits, and coverage in an engaging way to close deals

Achieve & exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales target - top performers ear big incentives.

Handle objects smartly, build instant rapport, and create long-term customer relationships.

Shift Timing:- 9:30 AM - 7:00 PM
