Job Title : Project Evaluation and Monitoring Specialist

Educational Qualification :

Postgraduate degree in

Management / Economics / Statistics / Social Sciences / Engineering / Rural Development / Public Policy

or related fields from a recognized institution.

Additional

certification or training

in

Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) ,

Project Management , or

Data Analytics

will be an added advantage.

Experience Requirements :

Minimum

10 years of professional experience

in

project monitoring, evaluation, and reporting , preferably in

government programs, water supply, rural development, or infrastructure projects .

Demonstrated expertise in

designing and implementing monitoring frameworks ,

evaluation studies , and

impact assessments .

Proven ability to work with

logical frameworks ,

theories of change ,

key performance indicators (KPIs) , and

results-based monitoring systems .

Technical Skills :

Hands-on experience in

M&E tools and methodologies , including

quantitative and qualitative data collection, analysis, and interpretation .

Proficiency in

MIS platforms ,

data visualization tools

(Power BI, Tableau, Excel), and

statistical software

(SPSS, STATA, R, or equivalent).

Ability to prepare

evaluation reports, dashboards, and knowledge products

to support data-driven decision-making.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and report-writing skills.

Preferred Experience :

Prior experience in working with

Government departments ,

World Bank / ADB / donor-supported projects , or

Public-Private Partnership (PPP)

models.

Preference will be given to candidates with experience in

Public Health Engineering (PHE) Departments ,

Rural Water Supply Departments

of State Governments, or the

Department of Drinking Water and Sanitation (DDWS), Government of India .
