As a Talent Sourcer , you will be the engine that powers our top-of-funnel talent generation. Your role is critical in ensuring we consistently engage high-quality finance & accounting talent across global markets.

Core Responsibilities

Daily Sourcing & Pipeline Building

• Conduct daily proactive sourcing via and other platforms.
• Run Automation, Fastrack flows, and other sourcing automations.
• Review and filter all job board applicants, ensuring a 24-hour SLA.
• Maintain strong, organized pipelines for urgent and recurring roles.
