Key Responsibilities :
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in Hindi, Tamil, Kannada, and English
- Provide product / service information and resolve customer issues
- Maintain call records and update CRM
- Follow company guidelines and scripts
- Achieve quality and productivity targets
Requirements :
Fluency in Hindi, Tamil, Kannada, and English (any 2 or more languages preferred)Good communication and listening skillsBasic computer knowledgeAbility to work in shifts (including night shifts if required)Positive attitude and customer-centric approachSkills Required
