Position : Information Technology - Solution Architect

Location : Remote

Contract Position

  • Mandatory to have excellent fluency in English; both written and verbal communication skills.
  • Candidate will be regarded as SME and should have high level of expertise in SAP - SD component.
  • Strong ABAP skills, with complex troubleshooting experience.
  • SAP Order-to-Cash end to end expertise required (SD).

The Solution Architect will be responsible for aligning business, information, and technology architecture across the Customer Service domain. This role collaborates closely with Service Management Leads, Business Analysts, and Enterprise Architects to design scalable, integrated solutions that align with enterprise strategy. Acting as a subject matter expert in complex application environments, the Solution Architect combines deep business process knowledge with technical proficiency to deliver high-impact, innovative solutions to strategic and operational challenges.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Provide architectural leadership and develop strategic solution roadmaps for business capabilities within Customer Service.
  • Lead technical architecture design for medium to large-scale projects, often spanning multiple business functions.
  • Manage end-to-end design and configuration of solutions, ensuring alignment with global standards, enterprise frameworks, and business needs.
  • Deliver comprehensive solution blueprints —including application flow diagrams, process maps, technical and data architecture, service interfaces, and integration frameworks.
  • Translate functional and non-functional requirements into scalable, high-quality solution designs.
  • Collaborate with Enterprise Architecture to ensure proposed solutions align with the enterprise context and adhere to Kimberly-Clark IT Standards and Best Practices.
  • Oversee the documentation of technical artifacts in the enterprise architecture repository and maintain architectural integrity throughout project delivery.
  • Engage and coordinate with multiple stakeholders—internal and external—to design, evaluate, and deliver technology solutions.
  • Contribute to defining enterprise software standards and participate in peer forums, industry groups, and strategic discussions.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to development teams, fostering technical excellence and solution consistency.
  • Communicate complex technical information in clear business language to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Stay up to date with evolving technologies, continuously enhancing technical depth and awareness of industry trends.

    • Candidate Requirements :

  • Excellent fluency in English (written and verbal).
  • Recognized Subject Matter Expert (SME) in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) with end-to-end Order-to-Cash process expertise.
  • Strong ABAP knowledge and troubleshooting experience in complex environments.
  • Proficiency with EDI and IDoc processes highly preferred.
  • Proven experience designing High-Level (HLD) and Low-Level Designs (LLD) for integrated solution landscapes.
  • Demonstrated experience working in highly integrated data environments (EDI, BI, ETL, ERP, SAP and non-SAP application landscapes).
  • Strong consultative and stakeholder engagement skills; proven ability to collaborate with Business Analysts and Enterprise Architects to develop innovative technical solutions.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • 7–10 years of professional IT experience, including solution architecture and application development leadership.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to guide both internal teams and external partners.
  • Solid understanding of SDLC methodologies and experience leading cross-functional technical teams.
  • High level of self-motivation and ownership, capable of managing multiple initiatives in a matrixed, global organization.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in distributed teams across multiple time zones and cultures.
