About the Role :
Campaign Execution : Perfectly execute campaigns across multiple micro and nano influencers to create viral content.
Influencer Identification & Vetting : Research and identify a pipeline of micro and nano-influencers who align with brand values and target audience.
Outreach & Negotiation : Initiate contact, build strong relationships, and negotiate fair commercial terms with creators, including deliverables and usage rights.
Creative Briefing : Develop detailed and compelling creative briefs to guide influencers in producing high-quality, authentic content that resonates with their audience and tells our brand story.
Project Management : Manage the campaign lifecycle, including scheduling, content review, and ensuring all deliverables are submitted on time.
Performance Analysis : Track and analyze key campaign metrics (e.g., reach, engagement rate, conversions) to measure ROI and inform future strategies.
Community Building : Act as the voice of the brand in a two-way dialogue with creators and a key player in building a community of loyal brand advocates.
