About the Role :

ValueMomentum is seeking a Senior AI Engineer / Lead to drive cutting-edge initiatives in AI, Generative AI, and Agentic AI platforms. This role offers the opportunity to design, develop, and scale innovative AI solutions while mentoring and leading a team of AI engineers.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead and mentor AI engineers in solution design, architecture, and delivery.
Design, develop, and review AI and Generative AI components, frameworks, and platforms.
Innovate with Agentic AI platforms such as Microsoft Copilot Agents, AutoGPT, CrewAI, and Anthropic Claude.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable AI solutions aligned with business goals.
Ensure best practices in coding, system design, and performance optimization.

Skills & Qualifications :

Strong programming expertise in Python, C#, Java, or JavaScript.

Hands-on experience with AI / ML libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Keras.

Proven experience with Generative Models (GANs, VAEs, LLMs, etc.).

Familiarity with AI-powered coding assistants (GitHub Copilot, Codium, ChatGPT).

Experience in Cloud and MLOps platforms : AWS SageMaker, Azure ML, Google AI Platform.

Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities in AI / Java systems.

Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
