We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Business Development Manager to acquire new clients and expand our footprint in the North America market , working remotely from India.
Key Responsibilities
- New Market Expansion : Develop and execute go-to-market strategies to identify, engage, open-up and onboard new clients across the U.S. for HGE Technologies’ consulting and technology staffing services. Primary focus of this role is to acquire new clients for Data, API & AI services business.
- Sales Process Management : Lead the entire sales cycle from prospecting, qualification, proposal development, and negotiation to closure. This is a greenfield role, and the applicant will be responsible for creating a road map as a standalone & hands on sales professional generating new business for the company and managing their own developed accounts.
- Lead Generation : Collaborate with marketing teams to run campaigns, events, and outreach strategies that generate qualified leads in the North American region.
- Account Development : Manage and grow client accounts with a focus on recurring business and long-term partnerships.
- Collaboration : Work closely with HGE Technologies’ consulting, delivery, and recruitment teams to align solutions with client needs and ensure successful execution.
- Reporting : Provide regular pipeline updates, and meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Required Experience & Skills
Minimum 10 years of experience in business development or sales to acquire new clients within IT services, Outsourcing, consulting, or technology talent management for North America Market.Strong understanding of North American IT services and consulting market , including trends in insurance, banking, or tech sectors.Proven success in remote sales and client engagement from India into U.S market.Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.Self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently and across global time zones.Preferred Experience
Exposure to or understanding of data, API & AI services , digital transformation , or technology staffing solutions .Exposure to financial services and insurance industries.Experience with selling to enterprise clients or mid-market tech firms in North America.Must have
