Experience : 7+ years in inside sales / lead generation / business development for US Staffing or Consulting
💼 Key Responsibilities :
- Identify and connect with potential clients across the US market for staffing services.
- Generate qualified leads through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns , and professional networking.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings with decision-makers (Procurement, MSPs, HR, and Hiring Managers).
- Collaborate with the presales and delivery teams to create customized proposals and capability decks .
- Maintain CRM records, track lead status, and report performance metrics.
- Achieve weekly and monthly targets for lead generation and client engagement.
