Job Summary :

The HR Senior Executive / Assistant Manager will manage end-to-end recruitment, employee documentation, and HR operations. The role involves facilitating smooth onboarding and exit processes, driving employee engagement initiatives, and ensuring compliance with company policies to support a positive and productive workplace.

• Employee Engagement & Grievance Handling

Personality & must have :

Work Experience : Minimum 3 years

Education : Graduate / Postgraduate from a reputed institution.

Working Conditions :

Timings 09.00 am – 06.00 pm (Monday to Friday)

10.00 am - 05.00 pm (Saturday), 2 Saturdays off
