Job descriptionAn AI-first approach to infrastructure, security, and ML operations. 4+ years of experience across DevOps, MLOps, and Security practices. Strong expertise with AWS and Kubernetes / Docker. Hands-on with CI / CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform / CloudFormation). Deep understanding of machine learning model lifecycle management (training, deployment, monitoring). Experience with security automation, vulnerability scanning, and compliance (CIS, SOC2, GDPR). Solid scripting skills (Python and Bash). Good debugging and online searching skills. Good communication skills. Designing, automating, and scaling cloud infrastructure for both web applications (Python / Django + JavaScript / NextJS) and ML pipelines. Managing and improving CI / CD pipelines for application deployments and ML workloads. Implementing DevSecOps practices : integrating security scans, IAM policies, and compliance automation. Building monitoring, logging, and alerting systems to ensure high availability and performance. Optimizing workloads for cost, reliability, and scalability (across API services, web apps, and ML model serving). Handling on-call issues across infrastructure, deployments, and ML pipelines. Driving best practices in infrastructure security, cost governance, and reliability engineering. Mentoring junior DevSecMLOps engineers and collaborating closely with ML, Dev, and Product teams.
