Job descriptionJob Overview : We are seeking a Salesforce Business Systems Analyst with strong expertise in Salesforce solutions and hands-on pre-sales experience. The ideal candidate will bridge business needs with technology solutions drive client discussions design scalable Salesforce solutions and support pre-sales activities including proposal creation demos and solution pitches. Key Responsibilities : Gather analyze and document business requirements translating them into Salesforce solutions. Work with stakeholders to design and optimize Salesforce functionalities (Sales Service Marketing Clouds). Collaborate with technical teams to ensure solution feasibility and delivery. Support pre-sales activities : solution design RFP / RFI responses client presentations demos and proposal support. Act as a trusted advisor for clients aligning Salesforce solutions with business objectives. Stay updated with Salesforce product roadmap and industry best practices. Required Skills & Qualifications : 45 years experience as a Salesforce Business Systems Analyst (BSA). 23 years pre-sales experience in solution design demos and client engagement. Strong understanding of Salesforce ecosystem (Sales Service Marketing Clouds). Excellent requirement gathering documentation and stakeholder management skills. Strong communication presentation and problem-solving abilities. Salesforce certifications (Admin Consultant or Architect) preferred.
