Key Responsibilities
- Handle soft client calls for coordination, follow-ups, and support.
- Manage and respond to daily emails professionally and promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions using internal tools or CRM systems.
- Ensure smooth client servicing and timely communication.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver a seamless client experience.
- Support weekend client coordination and calls, as per requirements.
