Role Overview

We’re looking for a Programming Associate to help conceptualise, plan, and execute BFC’s event programming end-to-end. This is a role suited for someone who enjoys operations, coordination, and creating high-quality community experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute event programming for weekly / monthly BFC events.
• Coordinate with speakers, mentors, venues, partners, and vendors.
• Manage event logistics — timelines, checklists, run-of-show, guest flow.
• Support on-ground execution, registrations, setup, and hospitality.
• Research speakers, trends, formats, and event concepts.
• Assist with internal coordination across design, comms, and partnerships.
• Maintain event documentation and feedback loops.
