Korean Educator

Airlearn is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Educator (Korean) for our Korean Content division. This role involves creating high-quality educational content, guiding a small team, and providing strategic direction to ensure our Korean language learning experience meets the needs of learners in the US market. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of both Korean and English, experience in language learning content creation, and the leadership skills needed to mentor subject matter experts and drive curriculum quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop engaging Korean language learning content tailored to learners in the US market.
• Continuously review and improve content using learner feedback, performance data, and engagement insights.
• Stay updated on trends in Korean language education and digital learning methodologies to innovate and enhance content delivery.
• Provide guidance, feedback, and mentorship to educators or SMEs contributing to Korean content.

Qualifications:

• Native or near-native proficiency in Korean, with strong English communication skills.
• Proven experience creating Korean language learning content, preferably for digital or app-based platforms.
• Strong understanding of curriculum design, CEFR-aligned progression, and instructional best practices for language learning.
• Bachelor’s degree in Korean, Linguistics, Education, or a related field is preferred.
