Job Summary :
The Guest Service Associate is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a pleasant dining experience for all guests. The role involves welcoming guests, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in the restaurant.
Key Responsibilities :
- Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables.
- Present the menu, make recommendations, and take accurate food & beverage orders.
- Serve orders promptly and efficiently as per restaurant standards.
- Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing queries and resolving complaints courteously.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining and service areas.
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely order delivery.
- Handle billing and payment processes as required.
- Follow hygiene, grooming, and safety protocols at all times.
- Support team members and contribute to smooth restaurant operations.
