We are expanding our engineering team and are looking for a Senior Software Engineer who understands modern AI engineering and can build robust, scalable, agentic systems.

As a Senior Software Engineer, you will architect, design, and implement AI-driven applications, agent-based automation systems, microservices, and scalable platforms. You will work closely with AI Architects, Product teams, and ML Engineers to bring real-world AI products to life.

This role requires strong fundamentals in Python, OOP, system design, along with hands-on experience in AI / LLM / Agentic AI development.

• Design, develop, and optimize backend services using Python and modern frameworks.
• Build agentic AI workflows using frameworks like LangChain, LlamaIndex, or custom orchestrators.
• Integrate LLMs, embeddings, vector databases, and AI models into production environments.
• Develop reusable components, microservices, and APIs for AI applications.
• Implement secure, scalable, and maintainable code following engineering best practices.
• Contribute to system design, technical architecture, and scalability planning.
• Work with AI Architects to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Optimize agent workflows, context handling, prompt engineering, and tool integrations.
• Work cross-functionally with product, design, and AI engineering teams.
• Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and architectural discussions.
• Troubleshoot performance issues, optimize system throughput, and improve reliability.
• Experiment with new agentic frameworks, LLM orchestration tools, and automation flows.
• Stay updated on advancements in GenAI, multi-agent systems, and autonomous AI workflows.
• Ship PoCs, prototypes, and production-ready AI features.
• 3+ years of hands-on development experience in Python-based backend engineering.
• Strong knowledge of OOP, data structures, algorithms, and design patterns.
• Experience with AI / LLM development, such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Llama, HuggingFace, or similar.
• Solid understanding of agentic AI, tool-calling, multi-agent design, or AI workflow orchestration.
• Experience with REST APIs, microservices architecture, authentication, and integrations.
• Familiarity with vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, ChromaDB, Milvus, etc.) is a plus.
• Experience with cloud services (AWS / Azure / GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Ability to own features end-to-end and ship high-quality code.
• Experience with distributed systems or event-driven architecture.
• Knowledge of DevOps practices : CI / CD pipelines, monitoring, logging.
• Experience integrating AI with enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, BPM, DMS).
• Exposure to multimodal AI, RAG optimization, or prompt engineering.
