Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Backend Developer to join our team of 4–6 developers. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for setting process excellence and code quality standards. You will lead by example, establishing a strong testing culture, ensuring requirements are documented before coding begins, and maintaining delivery discipline in two-week sprint cycles and Kanban workflows. You will remain hands-on in Golang backend development while guiding your team toward high standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead backend development in Golang (event-driven systems, APIs, pipelines).
• Establish and enforce testing culture (unit, integration, load testing).
• Ensure requirements documentation is complete and unambiguous before development.
• Drive quality and delivery discipline in sprint planning.
• Mentor and coach 4–6 developers, ensuring consistent code quality and reviews.
• Act as a role model for how projects are scoped, tracked, and delivered.
