Job Description

We're searching for a talented and visionary engineer to join our expanding mobile team. You'll be the driving force behind the technical excellence of our mobile applications, shaping their architecture, performance, and security, while leading the charge towards sharable frameworks between our various applications.

About the role

• Own the technical vision and roadmap for our mobile applications, aligning them with business goals.
• Design and implement scalable, secure, and maintainable architectures for Android and iOS apps.
• Champion adoption of standards and best practices within mobile engineering.
• Advocate for and implement reusable components and libraries to optimise development efforts.
• Lead the effort to analyse and troubleshoot performance bottlenecks, implementing effective solutions.
• Stay up-to-date on evolving security threats and implement robust security measures.
• Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of growth and collaboration.
• Effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
