Whom are we looking for

We are seeking a Senior Product Analyst with over 5+ years of experience in , business analysis, product management roles and presales in IT industry with Retail Domain experience capable of collaborating with stakeholders to identify business needs, translating requirements into actionable solutions, developing process maps and use cases, conducting gap analyses, supporting testing phases, and delivering training, while staying abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies.

Key Responsibilities :

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements and propose tailored solutions.
• Create and deliver compelling presentations, demos, and proof-of-concept solutions to prospective clients.
• Develop and respond to RFPs, RFIs, and technical queries in coordination with technical teams.
• Work with technical teams to define project scope, timelines, and budgets.
• Build strong relationships with prospective clients by understanding their challenges and objectives.
• Act as a techno functional advisor to clients, offering expertise on product capabilities and alignment with their requirements.
• Conduct in-depth market and competitor analysis to identify key differentiators of Products / Services
• Develop data-driven insights and propose solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
• Act as the primary liaison between business units, technical teams, and external stakeholders.
• Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications for development teams.
• Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure requirements are understood and implemented correctly.
• Conduct gap analysis to identify areas for improvement in current systems and processes.
• Prioritize features and enhancements based on user feedback, business impact, and market trends.
• Support testing and validation efforts to ensure the delivered product meets business requirements.
• Define and manage the product roadmap, aligning with business objectives and market demands.
• Transform customer and business problems into solutions
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams to oversee the product lifecycle, from concept to launch.
• Monitor product performance post-launch and drive continuous improvements based on analytics and user feedback.
