This position involves planning and executing lead generation, client outreach, and offer creation activities for technology-based software and marketing services. The role requires analytical, communication, and coordination skills, with independent responsibility to manage campaigns and guide supporting team members or interns.
Key Responsibilities :
- Identify, research, and qualify potential clients through digital platforms, social media, business directories, and professional networks.
- Plan and execute targeted outreach campaigns through email, LinkedIn, and other digital channels.
- Create customized commercial offers, proposals, and introductory decks in coordination with the Sales and Technical teams.
- Manage and maintain CRM data, ensuring accurate tracking of leads, follow-ups, and communication logs.
- Conduct initial client communication to understand requirements, qualify opportunities, and schedule meetings for senior managers.
- Design and implement lead-nurturing workflows to maintain engagement with potential clients.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align lead-generation efforts with digital and content marketing initiatives.
- Supervise and guide interns, vendors, or support staff for database collection, email drafting, and campaign execution.
- Track campaign performance metrics such as leads generated, conversion ratios, and engagement reports.
- Ensure all communications and proposals follow company standards, confidentiality norms, and brand tone.
- Contribute to market research and competitor analysis to support new business strategy development.
- Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports for management review.
- Participate in review meetings and suggest data-driven improvements for outreach strategy and client targeting.
