Probe is a Big Data company in the financial domain, located in Bangalore. We are the leading providers of Financial Information on Private companies in India. Probe has information on over 2.5 million companies, with over 500 data points per company. We acquire, collate, curate and provide high quality information to our clients to enable their business decisions. The work we do makes a material impact to our clients' bottom line and the solutions we provide will bring down the Non-Performing Assets in the Indian Banking Industry.

We specialize in researching companies for whom information is unavailable, or difficult to come by. Our clients include banks, corporates, private equity firms, venture capital firms and fund managers. Role : Sales Manager

Team : Sales

Role Description :

  • The Sales Management role encompasses acquiring new clients, maintaining relationships to promote Probe42 Business products, identifying and closing new business opportunities, fostering long-term client relationships, meeting sales targets, and ensuring high levels of customer Developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets
  • Identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities through research, networking and cold calling
  • Developing and maintaining a robust pipeline of qualified leads
  • Conducting sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective customers
  • Negotiating terms and conditions and agreements with new clients to onboard new clients
  • Preparing and presenting sales reports and forecasts to Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of CRM software and sales processes
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Flexibility to travel and work outside of regular business hours, if required

Qualifications and Experience :

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration in Marketing, Sales or a related field
  • Proven 2-6 years of experience in enterprise sales
