Key Responsibilities of SAP SD Functional Consultant

General Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements related to Sales & Distribution.
• Design and configure SAP SD module (sales orders, deliveries, billing, pricing, shipping).
• Prepare and maintain business process documents and configuration documents.
• Work on master data management (customer master, material master, pricing conditions).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (MM, FI, PP, WM) for seamless integration.
• Handle system customizations and enhancements using standard SAP tools.
• Write functional specifications for ABAP developments (custom reports, user exits, enhancements).
• Test SD processes and troubleshoot issues.
• Support users with day-to-day transactional errors or process clarifications.
