Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced Technical Lead with a strong background in health plan data (Enrollments, Claims, Payments) and deep technical expertise in SQL (Oracle / MS SQL) and cloud platforms (AWS / GCP).

The role involves leading a team of engineers, managing high-impact data projects, and ensuring reliable, scalable solutions for business-critical systems.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead end-to-end design, development, and delivery of data integration and analytics projects.
• Manage and mentor a team of engineers; oversee project execution and incident resolution (Sev1 / Sev2).
• Develop and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and data workflows.
• Design and support scalable cloud-based solutions on AWS / GCP.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver impactful business outcomes.
• Drive automation, process improvement, and performance optimization initiatives.
