Who are we looking for :

Someone with a blend of UX writing and technical communication experience , capable of simplifying complex ideas.

A professional who can turn technical specifications into engaging product stories.

Hands-on experience in creating tutorials, guides, or product learning content.

Strong grasp of UX principles, user-centered writing, and documentation best practices.

Familiarity with Figma, Confluence, Notion, or Markdown-based documentation tools.

Excellent command over English, with a focus on clarity, tone, and accuracy.

Top 3 Daily Tasks :

Develop product tutorials, guides, and digital learning materials explaining product features for external audiences.

Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to gather insights and translate them into user-friendly content.

Build and manage a structured knowledge framework to drive product understanding and adoption.

Minimum Work Experience Required :

4–6 years of experience in product documentation, technical writing, instructional design, or similar domains.

Proven experience in creating user-facing tutorials or training materials.

Strong ability to simplify technical concepts into clear, concise language.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong eye for detail.

Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

Experience developing structured product knowledge systems or learning materials.

Strong problem-solving and creative thinking abilities.

Familiarity with wearable technology, AI-powered systems, and mobile applications.

What You’ll Be Expected to Do :

Design and manage a complete knowledge ecosystem for AjnaLens’ wearable AI devices.

Create tutorials, product guides, and learning resources that enhance user adoption and experience.

Work closely with engineers, UX teams, and product managers to ensure accuracy and clarity in all content.

Drive consistency in tone, messaging, and structure across all external learning touchpoints.

Continuously improve user learning experiences through innovative content delivery formats.

Bonus Points For :

Experience with e-learning tools, interactive tutorials, or multimedia content creation.

Exposure to AR / VR or AI ecosystems.
