As a Program Advisor, you will contact warm leads via phone and email to discuss how our programs can support their career goals.
You will work closely with career changers to understand their needs and provide personalized guidance on how our world-class education from top-tier universities can help launch them into high-growth careers.
- Provide in-depth information to interested students via phone and email.
- Build and manage pipelines of leads that have inquired about our programs.
- Guide learners through the enrolment process by following up and building urgency without being pushy.
- Collaborate with leadership to enhance call quality, identify trends, and gain insights from student conversations.
Key skills and qualifications :
2+ years of inside sales / consultative selling experience with a consistent track record of exceeding targets in international Edtech markets.Excellent verbal, written communication, listening, and critical thinking skills.Strong phone presence.Ability to make 120+ dials and / or emails daily to connect with warm leads.Familiarity with CRM software (Salesforce preferred).Growth mindset and ability to implement feedback.Capacity to manage and prioritize large pipelines with varying stages in the enrolment process requiring follow-up.Able to work remotely and meet performance metrics without micromanagement.We are an equal opportunities employer and welcome applications from diverse candidates.
