We are seeking a highly skilled medical professional to provide top-notch patient care in our Intensive Care Unit (ICU). The successful candidate will possess excellent clinical skills, strong communication abilities, and the capacity to work effectively under pressure.

• Patient Assessment and Care : The individual will be responsible for conducting thorough patient evaluations, developing comprehensive treatment plans, and delivering high-quality care to critically ill patients.
• Leadership and Teamwork : As a leader in the ICU, the candidate will oversee unit operations, coordinate emergency responses, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve enhanced patient outcomes.
• Clinical Expertise : A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Anesthesia or Internal Medicine is required, along with an MBBS + MD / DNB qualification. Strong knowledge of critical care protocols, emergency medicine, and clinical diagnosis is essential.
• Skills and Qualifications : Key skills include proficiency in critical care protocols, emergency medicine, and clinical diagnosis, strong communication and coordination skills, ability to work under pressure with quick decision-making, sound knowledge of medication management, and familiarity with ICU equipment and EHRs.
