Strategic Responsibilities :
- Coordinate with the Transition team during the testing phase
- Handle client communication and support effectively
- Conduct and participate in conference calls with the onshore team (monthly / quarterly)
- Keep the Process Manager (PM) updated with team-level progress and reporting
- Ensure quality documentation is regularly maintained and updated
Resource Management :
Engage in resource estimation and periodic planningAnalyze and forecast team attrition; inform PM accordinglyControl attrition, absenteeism, and ensure efficient resource utilizationMaintain and update the team skills matrix and other process-related documentsPerformance Management :
Conduct daily / weekly feedback sessions regarding production and SLA issuesAnalyze team performance to identify training needsHold one-on-one meetings with team membersEnsure process and refresher training is conducted as neededCoordinate with L&D and HR for training nominations and rewards & recognition inputsProvide performance feedback for midterm / annual appraisals to the PMEmployee Life Cycle Management :
Provide feedback on trainee appraisals to the PMCoordinate onboarding activities including ID / login creationHandle resignation formalities and update PM accordinglyTrack attendance and absenteeism, and inform PMDistribute salary slips / chequesHandle employee grievances and escalate when necessaryPlan and manage leavesConduct regular one-on-one sessions with the teamProduction Management :
Ensure daily production through optimal work allocation and monitoringResolve team queries and daily issuesUse designated software to allocate and track jobs / work; inform PM as neededMonitor and control shift operationsMaintain daily reporting and record meeting minutes (MoMs)Collect and analyze team metrics and errorsCreate root cause analysis (RCA) documentsEscalate issues to PM or clients when necessary and ensure issue resolutionProvide feedback on quality issues and suggest improvementsDrive continuous improvement in team metricsCompliance & Quality :
Ensure adherence to quality processes, standards, and checklistsMeet all process SLAs and performance targetsMaintain ISMS compliance across all tasksFollow company policies, rules, and regulationsAdhere to defined work timings and leave schedulesRequirements :
Graduate from any stream / Diploma holder (MBA preferred)PC literacy in Word and Excel (basic level)Strong technical knowledge of payroll and payroll systemsMandatory experience in supervising or handling teamsSkills Required
