Position Overview

S G ENTERPRISES, a renowned turnkey solutions provider for interior fit-out and civil works, is inviting applications for the role of Quantity Surveyor & Costing Engineer with a focus on interior fit-out projects. This opportunity is based in Bangalore, Karnataka, India, and offers a competitive CTC of ₹5 to 6 lakh per annum. The selected candidate will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality, timely, and cost-effective solutions across corporate, residential, commercial, and hospitality sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Tendering & BOQ :
• Preparation and analysis of tender documents, Bills of Quantities (BOQs), and contracts
• Evaluation and negotiation of subcontractor bids

Cost Control & Budgeting :

Monitoring budgets and controlling project costs

Preparing cost plans, cash flows, and financial reports

Ensuring financial discipline throughout execution

Procurement & Vendor Management :

Building and managing a strong vendor and supplier network

Procuring quality materials at the best price and ensuring timely delivery

Contract Administration :

Handling contract negotiations, change orders, and claims

Ensuring compliance with all contractual obligations

Quantity Takeoff & Estimation :

Measuring and quantifying materials, labour, and equipment requirements

Supporting pricing and estimation for project tenders

Site Coordination & Reporting :

Conducting regular site visits to track progress and resolve issues

Submitting timely cost and progress reports to management

Value Engineering & Risk Management :

Identifying cost-saving strategies without compromising quality

Developing mitigation plans for cost-related project risks
