About the Role
The Real Estate CONNECT (TREC) is a fast-growing real estate consultancy reshaping the future of property advisory through training, technology, and digital innovation.
We’re seeking a Business Head to lead both our real estate and digital business verticals — someone who combines strategic leadership, operational discipline, and a modern, entrepreneurial approach. The ideal candidate brings a strong foundation in real estate, proptech, or education / training operations, with a passion for scaling both physical and online ecosystems.
Key Responsibilities 🏗️ Business Leadership & Strategy
- Define and drive the strategic roadmap for real estate and digital expansion.
- Oversee P&L, profitability, and growth across multiple verticals.
- Design and implement processes, SOPs, and performance metrics.
- Lead sales, partner networks, and training operations with clear targets.
- Strengthen brand presence through collaborations and strategic partnerships.
💻 Digital Transformation & E-commerce
Build and scale TREC’s online learning and sales ecosystem.Manage product listings, digital programs, and online visibility across platforms.Oversee e-commerce operations — from digital marketing to user experience.Drive campaigns for online training programs via Meta, Google, and .Implement CRM / LMS tools to streamline digital operations and engagement.📊 Marketing, Performance & Analytics
Create integrated campaigns to generate leads and enrollments.Track key business metricsLeverage analytics tools to inform data-driven decisions and growth strategies.Deliver regular business reviews and actionable insights.🤝 Team & Partnership Development
Build, train, and lead multi-functional teams across sales, training, and digital.Collaborate with trainers, content creators, and tech teams for synergy.Manage external partnerships and affiliate collaborations to expand reach.Experience & Background
10–15 years of experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.Proven track record in real estate brokerage, proptech, or sales / training operations.Exposure to digital marketing, CRM / LMS platforms, and online business management preferred.Education
MBA or equivalent in Sales, Marketing, or Operations .
Technical understanding or familiarity with digital tools is an added plus.
