We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Sales Executive to promote and sell our payment solutions to businesses. The ideal candidate will have relevant B2B / B2C sales experience and a passion for fintech and digital payments. Key Responsibilities :
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through field sales, cold calling, networking, and online research.
 - Pitch payment solutions to merchants, SMEs, startups, and enterprise clients.
 - Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through consistent follow-ups.
 - Conduct product demos and explain key features, benefits, and pricing models.
 - Achieve monthly sales targets.
 - Collaborate with onboarding, operations, and support teams to ensure smooth merchant activation.
 - Provide market feedback and competitor analysis to internal teams. Requirements :
 - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
 - 0–5 years of experience in direct sales / business development.
 - Prior experience in selling fintech or payment solutions is preferred.
 - Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
 - Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
 - Familiarity with digital payment trends, UPI, POS, and eCommerce ecosystem. Preferred Skills :
 - Experience with CRM tools like Salesforce or Zoho.
 - Knowledge of the payment gateway industry and competitive landscape. Compensation :
