About the Role

We're looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) Manager to lead and scale our SDR team.

This role is all about building a high-performing SDR team that drives pipeline growth through research, outreach, and creativity. You'll coach, motivate, and guide your team to generate quality leads that convert into opportunities and ultimately revenue.

What You'll Do

• Lead, train, and mentor a team of SDRs to meet and exceed pipeline targets.
• Develop outreach strategies (email, social, calls) that resonate with SuperOps' target audience.
• Drive prospecting activities across key regions, ensuring quality over quantity.
• Collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams to refine messaging and lead qualification.
• Track performance metrics and optimize processes for efficiency and scalability.
• Be a player-coach jumping in to support your team on key accounts or new initiatives.
