Job descriptionAct as a Solutions Architect, translating business requirements into efficient, scalable Rapidly prototype, test, and deploy applications to enhance operational efficiency. Establish and promote best practices for low-code development to ensure maintainability Provide guidance to junior developers during sprints and design reviews to ensure best Architect and manage both SQL and PostgreSQL databases that support critical Optimize complex queries and ensure data integrity, performance, and reliability. Implement data integration solutions that facilitate seamless data flow between systems. .NET, C#, Java, and JavaScript Development Develop and maintain .NET-based applications using C# for robust enterprise-grade Utilize Java for building backend services and application logic as needed. Develop dynamic, user-friendly interfaces and client-side applications using JavaScript. Ensure high-quality code through best practices, code reviews, and rigorous testing Leverage AWS and Azure cloud platforms to deploy, scale, and manage applications Integrate cloud services with existing systems to enhance performance and reliability. Utilize Git for version control to manage code repositories and collaborate seamlessly Own full lifecycle project delivery, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, technical Act as the point of contact for escalations, support planning, and resource coordination Mentor junior developers by sharing expertise across Mendix, SQL / PostgreSQL, .NET, C#, Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to drive innovative solutions Ensure optimal performance, security, and scalability across all applications and systems. Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Software Engineer who also serves as a Senior
Mendix Developer / Solutions Architect. The ideal candidate will bring a comprehensive
technical background in Mendix low-code development, SQL / PostgreSQL database
management, .NET, C#, Java, JavaScript, and cloud technologies including AWS and Azure.
In this dual role, you will lead Mendix projects and architect innovative solutions while also
providing expert developer support. Your expertise will be pivotal in optimizing our
industrial automation systems, developing a citizen developer platform, and ensuring
seamless integration across diverse technologies. The ideal candidate will not only lead
technical development efforts but also mentor junior developers, facilitate agile ceremonies,
and represent IT in cross-functional planning sessions.
