Key Responsibilities

• Handle the end-to-end recruitment process for IT positions in the UK region.
• Understand client requirements and identify suitable candidates.
• Source candidates through job portals (e.g., CV Library, Reed, LinkedIn, Indeed UK).
• Screen and shortlist candidates based on technical and communication skills.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
• Maintain and update the candidate database in the ATS.
• Negotiate salary / rates and finalize offers.
• Build long-term relationships with candidates and clients.
