Key Responsibilities
- Handle the end-to-end recruitment process for IT positions in the UK region.
- Understand client requirements and identify suitable candidates.
- Source candidates through job portals (e.g., CV Library, Reed, LinkedIn, Indeed UK).
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on technical and communication skills.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
- Maintain and update the candidate database in the ATS.
- Negotiate salary / rates and finalize offers.
- Build long-term relationships with candidates and clients.
Required Skills And Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in any field.1–5 years of experience in UK or international IT recruitment.Strong knowledge of IT technologies and job roles.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Familiarity with UK work authorization and compliance (e.g., right to work, visa types).Experience with CRM / ATS tools preferred.Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.Skills Required
