Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jodhpur for a Sales Associate at Opal Diamond Tools Company. The Sales Associate will handle day-to-day responsibilities including interacting with customers to understand their needs, assisting them in selecting appropriate products, achieving sales targets, maintaining inventory records, and providing exceptional customer service. This role also involves collaborating with the sales team to develop strategies and participating in promotional or marketing activities to drive sales growth.

Qualifications

Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills

Ability to manage sales targets and negotiate effectively

Proficiency in using point-of-sale (POS) systems and customer relationship management (CRM) tools

Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing customer concerns

Prior sales, retail, or business development experience preferred

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred
