Job descriptionMinimum 5 years of experience in Salesforce development (declarative and programmatic) Hands-on experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud Exposure to Salesforce Industries (Vlocity) is a plus : Omniscripts, EPC, Integration Procedures Proficient with Git or similar version control systems Experience working in Agile / SCRUM environments Proven ability to deliver robust, scalable, and maintainable systems Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset High attention to detail and ability to work independently
Your Role
As a Senior Developer, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality solutions across Salesforce platforms, supporting utility transformation programs. You'll collaborate with architects, mentor junior developers, and ensure delivery excellence through hands-on development and technical leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, and scoping of upcoming work
- Assist solution architects in technical design and task breakdown
- Deliver assigned development tasks on time, meeting acceptance criteria
- Conduct spikes / investigations into emerging technologies for future viability
- Review teammates' code to ensure quality and adherence to standards
- Coordinate with integration teams to align APIs and data flows
- Collaborate with QA to troubleshoot and resolve issues
- Mentor junior developers and support their growth through guidance and problem-solving
