Job description

Job Overview :

We are hiring experienced React.js Developers for Senior Software Engineer and Lead roles to join our growing remote team. The ideal candidate will be highly proficient in React.js, TypeScript, and modern frontend development practices. You will be responsible for delivering scalable UI features, mentoring developers, and contributing to DevOps and CI / CD processes.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop and implement high-quality UI components using React.js, Redux, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3
  • Write unit tests using Jest, Mocha, or similar frameworks to ensure code quality
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
  • Maintain version control using GIT and contribute to the CI / CD pipeline (GitLab)
  • Estimate task timelines, and provide regular updates to the team lead or project manager
  • Debug, maintain, and enhance existing applications
  • Apply design patterns and best practices to build reusable and maintainable code
  • Participate in code reviews and provide mentorship to junior developers

Additional Responsibilities (Lead Role) :

  • Lead the frontend development team in project planning and technical decision-making
  • Define and enforce frontend architecture and coding standards
  • Drive sprint planning, task breakdown, and technical reviews
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to align technical solutions with business goals
  • Guide and mentor junior and mid-level developers to foster growth and knowledge Skills :

    • 5+ years (SSE) / 8+ years (Lead) of strong hands-on experience in :

  • React.js, Redux, JavaScript, TypeScript
  • HTML5, CSS3, Responsive Design
  • Unit Testing using Jest, Mocha, or similar frameworks
  • Proficiency with GIT and version control best practices
  • Experience with GitLab CI / CD or other DevOps tools
  • Strong debugging, problem-solving, and performance optimization skills
  • Good communication and collaboration skills

    • Nice to Have :

  • Experience with component libraries like Material UI, Ant Design
  • Familiarity with REST APIs and backend integration
  • Prior experience in Agile / Scrum environments
