Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage a team of sales professionals to achieve monthly targets for car loan products such as new car loans, used car loans, commercial vehicle loans, refinancing, and pre-owned car loans.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to increase sales revenue through cross-selling and upselling of various financial services.
- Build strong relationships with dealerships across Karnataka state to expand the customer base and increase business opportunities.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify areas of improvement in product offerings and pricing strategies.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
