Interior Design Project Manager (Retail + Modular Kitchen & Furniture) (Urgent)

Responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing new store launches and retail expansion projects from site acquisition to store handover. Ensures timely delivery, cost optimization, and adherence to brand design & quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end execution of new store opening projects (Layout → BOQ → Execution → Handover).
• Coordinate with internal teams (Design, Procurement, Operations, and Finance) to ensure project deliverables are met.
• Work with vendors, contractors, and consultants for project execution and regulatory compliance.
• Prepare project timelines, budgets, and cost estimations; track project progress vs. schedule.
• Ensure quality control during construction, fixtures, signage, and store fit-outs.
• Evaluate site feasibility, store layout efficiency, and space planning as per brand guidelines.
• Track project expenditures and ensure cost optimization.
• Prepare weekly progress reports and present updates to leadership.
