We're looking for a Full Stack Technical Manager who can lead and grow a team of engineers while staying hands-on with Ruby on Rails and React. This role is perfect for someone who loves building products, solving hard problems, and mentoring engineers to do their best work.

Role Overview

As a Full Stack Technical Engineering Manager, You'll

• Lead, inspire, and grow a team of talented engineers.
• Take technical ownership of core systems built on Ruby on Rails and React.
• Collaborate with product, design, client facing teams and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality features on time.
• Shape engineering practices, team culture, and long-term architecture decisions.

You will balance hands-on engineering with strategic leadership , helping the team build reliable, maintainable, and scalable solutions while fostering a culture of excellence.

Compensation

The expected earnings for this role could be comprised of a base salary and other forms of cash compensation, such as bonus or commissions as applicable.

This pay range is just one component of MX's total rewards package. MX takes a number of factors into account when determining individual starting pay, including job and level they are hired into, location, skillset, peer compensation.
