Head of Sales Operations

JOB DESCRIPTION :

• This is a full-time on-site role at Tripathi Group in Delhi, India, to oversee and lead various aspects of the company's operations, projects, and teams. Responsibilities include strategic planning, financial management, team leadership, stakeholder engagement, and operational oversight about sales leadership.

• Experience in strategic planning, financial management, and operational oversight
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of industry trends and best practices
• Proven track record of project management and successful team collaboration
• Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
• Experience working in diverse industries or multicultural environments is preferred
• Experience working in Agri based business and / or commercial real estate is a plus
• Must possess skills around Public Private Partnership modelsMust be able to build coffee Exports as a line of business.
