Overview

We’re looking for an experienced, data-driven, and results-focused Senior Media Buyer who can plan, launch, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms.

As a Senior Media Buyer at Youtech Marketing, you will be responsible for building high-performing Awareness ad campaigns for cafes and restaurants, driving measurable results, and collaborating with the creative and content teams to execute winning strategies.

Roles & Responsibilities

Campaign Strategy & Execution

  • Plan, launch, and manage paid media campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
  • Focus on achieving strong performance metrics for cafes and restaurants.
  • Develop data-backed media buying strategies tailored for the food & beverage industry to maximize ROI, customer acquisition, and retention.
  • Execute Full funnel (TOF, MOF, BOF) strategy for Awareness campaigns.

Performance Optimization

  • Monitor campaign performance daily and analyze KPIs such as cost per share, Hook Rate, Hold Rate, CPM and understand conversions from the Account Manager.
  • Implement continuous optimizations including audience testing, A / B creative testing, and funnel improvements.
  • Creative Collaboration

  • Collaborate closely with Account managers, design and content teams to guide ad creatives.
  • Ensure all creatives align with campaign objectives and maintain consistent brand messaging.
  • Budget Management

  • Manage advertising budgets across multiple platforms efficiently.
  • Ensure proper pacing of budgets to avoid overspending or under-delivery.
  • Market & Audience Research

  • Stay updated with paid advertising trends, platform updates, and competitor activities.
  • Identify new targeting opportunities within the F&B space to reach ideal customer segments.
  • Reporting & Analysis

  • Prepare regular performance reports with actionable insights and optimization suggestions.
  • Present findings to management and contribute to data-driven decision-making.
  • Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in media buying or performance marketing.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and YouTube Ads.
  • Strong hands on Awareness Ad Campaigns.
  • Ability to analyze metrics and optimize campaigns for performance and profitability.
  • Experience working with F&B brands or local businesses is a plus.
  • Strong collaboration skills with creative and content teams.
  • High attention to detail, structured thinking, and strong analytical capability.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and budgets simultaneously.
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
