Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Tech Lead – Full Stack to lead the design, development, and delivery of complex, scalable software solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep technical expertise in .NET Core, React, Cloud platforms (GCP / Azure), and Kubernetes, along with a strong grasp of architecture principles, design patterns, and CI / CD practices. This role requires strong leadership, technical guidance, and the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams to drive product excellence.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design and development of large-scale, cloud-native full stack applications.
• Architect and implement solutions using .NET Core for backend and React.js for frontend development.
• Define and maintain system architecture, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security.
• Design and enforce best practices for CI / CD pipelines, code quality, and automated deployments.
• Work with Kubernetes for container orchestration and management.
• Drive the adoption of modern design patterns, architectural frameworks, and development methodologies.
• Collaborate closely with product owners, QA, DevOps, and other engineering teams to ensure timely and quality delivery.
• Mentor and guide engineers, conducting technical reviews and fostering a culture of technical excellence.
• Evaluate and recommend emerging tools and technologies to enhance system performance and team productivity.
