A Leadership Role in a Digital-First Company

This part-time, remote position places the Digital Marketing Manager at the helm of planning, executing, and optimizing multi-channel campaigns across search, social, email, and display. With clients ranging from fintech startups to enterprise SaaS providers, the role demands both strategic vision and day-to-day tactical expertise.

Reporting directly to the Head of Strategy, the selected candidate will work approximately 20–25 hours per week, collaborating with cross-functional teams to create holistic campaigns that meet measurable objectives.

Key Responsibilities Include :

Developing and managing integrated digital marketing strategies

Overseeing SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and paid media campaigns

Monitoring performance analytics and reporting on KPIs

Working with content, design, and development teams to ensure cohesive messaging

Staying on top of trends and platform changes to inform new strategies

Advising clients and stakeholders on best practices and optimization opportunities

Who Techmagnate Is Looking For

The ideal candidate brings at least 4–5 years of hands-on digital marketing experience , a strong grasp of performance metrics, and a history of managing multiple campaigns across industries. Expertise in tools like Google Analytics 4, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and HubSpot or similar CRM / marketing platforms is expected.

Strategic thinking, self-direction, and strong communication skills are essential — as is the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, fully remote environment.
