Us Property Accountant (Night Shift)

Years of experience : 4 to 8 years

Shift Timings : 5 : 30 PM to 3 AM (Mon to Fri)

Location : Remote

Position description : Responsible for Overall Accounting transactional activities, Monthly closing of accounts, team handling activities & to complete assigned work, meet deadlines. Outstanding US client communication would be required along with thorough review knowledge of financials.

Mandatory Experience : Property Accounting and Yardi experience

Primary Responsibilities :

• Bank Entries and Reconciliation
• Accruals, Prepayments, Deferred Revenue, Depreciation and Month end adjustments
• Review and preparation of financial statements
