Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled MongoDB Developer with strong expertise in C# / .NET and hands-on experience working with MongoDB Atlas . The ideal candidate will be responsible for building scalable data solutions, designing efficient NoSQL structures, optimizing performance, and supporting advanced search and ETL workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop backend components and services using C# / .NET integrated with MongoDB.
• Design, manage, and optimize MongoDB collections, documents, indexes, and schemas .
• Perform advanced CRUD operations, aggregation pipelines, and data modeling.
• Work extensively on MongoDB Atlas :
• Cluster creation and configuration
• Performance monitoring
• Index management
• Backup / restore
• Security & access control
• Implement query optimization and improve database performance.
• Work with ETL workflows and data ingestion pipelines.
• Implement and maintain search capabilities (Lucene, full-text, vector search, semantic search—if applicable).
• Collaborate with development teams to integrate MongoDB within microservices and APIs.
