Job descriptionBachelor's degree in Engineering (B.Tech) or MBA with relevant marketing / sales background. 4 to 10 years of proven experience in sales, marketing, and proposal management in Electronics, Defence, Aerospace, or Manufacturing sectors. Strong techno-commercial acumen with experience in preparing and submitting tenders and proposals. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Experience working with defence projects is highly desirable. Ability and willingness to travel extensively as per business requirements. Local candidates in Hyderabad or Bangalore will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and execute sales and marketing strategies to achieve business growth targets.
- Prepare techno-commercial proposals aligned with client requirements and company objectives.
- Manage end-to-end tender process, including preparation, submission, and follow-ups.
- Maintain regular correspondence and build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
- Deliver effective technical presentations and product demonstrations to clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and quality delivery of proposals and projects.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments, especially in defence-related projects.
- Travel as required to meet customers and participate in industry events.
